No Equipment? No Space? Don’t Sweat It!
Need some inspiration for a hot and sweaty workout fix. Not much space? Not much time? No equipment? Don’t sweat it. I’ve got your back! Here’s just the workout you need for when you only have you, yourself and I.
You guys all know what a fan I am of HIIT training. See my last post about the benefits of HIIT training (and why I think it’s all kindsa awesome) here. BIG thing to note, you HAVE to warm up and you HAVE to factor in stretching and foam rolling (see “how to damage control your HIIT fix”), but now to the fun stuff. Here’s your “No Space-No Problem workout”:

Each exercise push yourself out of your comfort zone, you should be nice and out of breath by the end of the interval.

Intervals

  • Beginner: 30 seconds work: 30-60 seconds rest, try the circuit 1-2 rounds through. Repeating one exercise after the other as the intervals dictate. Rest 1-2 minutes between rounds if doing for 2 rounds.
  • Intermediate: 45 seconds work: 30-45 seconds rest 60-90 seconds rest between rounds
  • Advanced: 60 seconds work: 15-30 seconds rest 60 seconds rest between rounds
Workout
  1. High Knees
  2. Burpees
  3. MC
  4. Sprinters right
  5. Sprinters left
  6. Squat jumps
  7. Crawl – (optional push up, or push up on your knees) – jump
