- Beginner: 30 seconds work: 30-60 seconds rest, try the circuit 1-2 rounds through. Repeating one exercise after the other as the intervals dictate. Rest 1-2 minutes between rounds if doing for 2 rounds.
- Intermediate: 45 seconds work: 30-45 seconds rest 60-90 seconds rest between rounds
- Advanced: 60 seconds work: 15-30 seconds rest 60 seconds rest between rounds
- High Knees
- Sprinters right
- Sprinters left
- Squat jumps
- Crawl – (optional push up, or push up on your knees) – jump
