In celebration here’s my special 10K HIIT workout for you!🌟 
Use them as part of your workout or for a super sweaty HIIT fix do them back to back.

10 moves, 45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest. Compete 2-3 rounds with 1 minute rest between sets. Warm up, cool down & stretch NON negotiable!
