Hi! Thanks for visiting my page. I’m Kim and I want to show you that whatever your shape, whatever your size; you can absolutely tone what you own. Tone What You Own is my ethos for a healthy balanced lifestyle. I’m a firm believer that you can embrace your body in all its glory, no matter who you are, where you’re from, YOUR body is incredible. Tone it. Own it.
My blog is dedicated to sharing fitness, wellness and nutrition knowledge that I believe can help you Tone What You Own and more importantly live a life filled with happiness and healthiness. After all a healthy body is a happy body.

Kim the Trainer & Yoga Teacher
Have we met? Allow me to introduce myself…I am a model, personal trainer, fitness instructor and yoga teacher. Currently based in London I personal train clients both privately and at Eqvvs Personal Training in Knightsbridge. I also teach HIIT classes and Vinyasa Yoga classes around London. You can also find me teaching my signature Tone & OM class at ONE LDN, Fulham.
My training beliefs are that each and everyone of us absolutely has the ability to tone what we own. It’s my goal and my job as a trainer to make you feel that way in your training. I am also an avid believer in the teachings of yoga to enable the mind, body and soul to be at its best.

Although now a seasoned Londoner, I was previously a New Yorker. Having spent the best part of 3 years there from 2012-2015, I firmly set my sights on a training career path. I’ve always been super sporty and love spending time helping people. New York helped shape my focus and it was here that I put two and two together and decided on my training career. Anyone who has been to NY knows that the city is always on the front foot of fitness developments. As I do now, there I lived and breathed the health and fitness scene. There I studied for my personal training certification (NASM-CPT), fitness instructing (AFAA) and TRX qualifications. I have since qualified as a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and am currently studying for my Precision Nutrition Level 1. Now firmly back in London I have completely immersed myself in the incredible (and notably growing) London fitness market, and I can’t get enough of it! People are more motivated than ever to get their bodies to the best they can be. As a trainer its such a wonderful thing to be able to help them along the way.
Kim the Model
As an international model I am represented globally with agencies in the US (Wilhelmina), Spain (Francina), Germany (Seeds) and the UK (W Model Management for fitness bookings, MILK model management for fashion and influencer bookings). Through my work as a model I have secured jobs with big name sports brands like Nike, Reebok, Asics, New Balance, Technogym and Adidas. Also achieving recognition in many of the fitness industries leading publications, such as Women’s Health, Self magazine, Cosmobody, Women’s fitness, Fitness magazine, Health & Fitness magazine and Shape, in addition to Vogue Paris. Kim the Student
I spent my graduate years at one of my favourite spots on the planet Brighton, England. There I studied for four years at the University of Brighton (including a one year placement) and as such hold a 1st class honors degree in Business Studies and Marketing. I now continue my education throughout my fitness and yoga studies.
Nowadays most of my days are spent getting sweaty training and teaching others. In my spare time I love any form of adventure and travel. I’m an avid rock climber and love to surf, box, run, yoga and train at the gym. I am also a keen (amateur) chef and self confessed almond butter addict!
